Research Roadmap

The whole research program as one real chain — each stage links to its actual page, not a diagram of what's planned. Solid borders are built and real; dashed are named but not yet there.

PurposeLet someone understand the entire research program in five minutes, without reading 25+ pages to piece the order together themselves.
StatusActive Development — every solid node below is a real, live page
Built fromThe real dependency order across every page currently on this site

EvidenceEvery solid link below leads to a real page with real content.
Foundational Mathematics The formal proof — definitions, theorems, propositions, open problems
NCFCA Architecture The four-channel structure the proof formalizes
Execution Kernel The real kernel, base estimator interface, pipeline runner
Estimator Framework Four-channel estimators vs. standard filters vs. the real published literature
Fault Injection Hardening checklist against the execution kernel specifically — 4 fixed, 1 partial, 5 open
Adversarial Testing Full threat model, tested against the strongest competing approach
Empirical Validation Every bug, audit, and real attack tested — the Independent Verification Center
Domain Applications The same architecture mapped onto Education, Industrial, Athletic, Co-Pilot, and more

Two parallel tracks worth knowing about

The chain above is the core architecture's path. Two things run alongside it rather than inside it: the Reasoning Chain (Observe → Research → Decide — a real, separate pipeline for tracking the research process itself), and Wayfinder (the GED instructional system, an applied instance of the education domain specifically, with its own real engine and curriculum).

Where the open questions live

Every stage above has real open work attached — see Open Problems for the formal-mathematics gaps and Backtest-Only Audit for what's only ever been tested against its own construction.
