Program Overview
This degree teaches dynamic systems thinking across all domains: organizations, technology, biology, finance, engineering, climate, culture. The core is the NCFCA (Non-Collapsible Four-Channel Architecture) — a formally proven state estimation system with four channels (S/D/I/C) governed by non-collapsibility axioms. All courses apply this framework, each from different angles.
Prerequisite for all courses: STAGE 0 (Ethics & Decision-Making). Why? Because every system involves decisions under uncertainty. Ethical foundation must come first. No exceptions.

STAGE I Representation (Weeks 1-14, 13 credits)

Core: How systems are structured, how causality works, how to infer hidden state

Curriculum Principles
- Spiral curriculum: Each course builds on prior courses. Concepts introduced in Stage I are developed deeper in Stage II, applied at scale in Stage III, formalized in Stage IV.
- Domain independence: NCFCA applies to organizations, software, biology, finance, engineering, climate, culture. Every domain. Examples rotate.
- Ethics first: Stage 0 establishes that decision-making under uncertainty is the core ethical challenge. All technical courses apply this foundation.
- Verification over assertion: Students learn by running simulations, testing designs, proving properties mathematically — not by reading about them.
- Integration across courses: Same knowledge nodes appear in multiple courses from different angles. By graduation, concepts are deeply integrated, not siloed.
